Hippos, if you look closely, really do have a lot of pink and purple going on. On a related note: Prismacolor makes the best colored pencils. Whenever I get the box out and start coloring, that silky smooth blending and rich semi-opaque color always make me want to do more. Imagine my excitement when I found out that my local art supply store here in Japan has started carrying them, bizarrely rebranded "KARISMACOLOR" for the Japanese market. Did the marketing department think they'd sell more pencils this way? Was there some kind of trademark violation problem? The world may never know.
