The human is, no doubt, experiencing some displeasure and mild degradation at having to carry around a hot bag of dog poop while walking in public. The dog is also probably a bit confused as to why its human has gone to the trouble of taking it outside to a do a doody, then saves it in a little baggie and carries it home again. Notwithstanding the fact that said human gets angry if the dog just cuts to the chase and does its business in the house. The whole thing is really a rather baffling arrangement.
